Clinical Psychology Services for Mental Health & Trauma Recovery

Emslie Psychology has been set-up especially for adults struggling with mental health, stress, trauma and other related issues. It’s designed to help you through the tough times, grow, and go on to live the life you want.

  • With over 7 years of experience as a registered clinical psychologist, Dr Jen is dedicated to providing personalised, evidence-based therapy to individuals seeking to improve their psychological health and wellbeing. Her approach is focused on maintaining a low client-to-clinician ratio and high-quality care, ensuring each client receives the time and attention they need to achieve meaningful progress.

    • Tailored, Individualised Care: We only take on a limited number of clients at any one time and maintain a low client-to-clinician ratio, to ensure a more focused and customised treatment experience for every individual.

    • Experienced Professional: With a strong track record over 7 years of clinical practice, we bring proven techniques and strategies to help you achieve your goals.

    • Flexible Options: We offer a variety of pricing options, including standard rates, premium services, and sliding scale options to suit different needs and budgets.

  • It is normal to experience a range of emotions when seeing a psychologist for the first time or starting treatment with a new psychologist. If you are feeling a bit nervous or even a little overwhelmed, you’re not alone… and it will pass.

At the first appointment, you will be met with warmth, understanding and respect. Our therapists will take the time to get to know you, explore and understand your concerns before working with you to develop a tailored plan for your treatment and recovery journey.

Our staff will also liaise with other members in your healthcare and support team, whenever needed, to help ensure you receive timely, effective, coordinated care.

our values

  • Openness is a vital step in dealing with old wounds, overcoming barriers and building healthy, satisfying relationships.

  • Compassion empowers us to connect deeply with ourselves and others, understand our struggles, and take meaningful action to support each other as we journey through life together.
